Explore Niobrara, the title of the county’s semiquincentennial event, is planning to continue honoring America’s 250th anniversary this year with a celebration in Lusk on August 8.
Last fall, “A Day in the Life of Hat Creek” and “A Day in the Life of Node” celebrated those communities. This year, Explore Niobrara also plans to celebrate Van Tassell on June 14, Manville on July 4, and Lance Creek on September 13.
