Betty Marshall had dedicated her life as a nurse working in Jackson, Wyoming, helping others throughout her life. Annette Frerichs, an employee of Beltone Hearing Aids, had found out that Marshall had recently lost one of her hearing aids and applied for new pair for her. Marshall had worn hearing aids for over 40 years and her last pair was over 10 years old. “Due to her hearing loss and situation I was able to apply to the Belton Hearing Care Foundation for her to receive a new pair for hearing and she was approved,” Frerichs said. “I was able to deliver her new hearing aids to her. She is really a nice lady.”
Marshall had told her that she was just going to have to live in a silent world until she could figure out how she was going to get a new pair. “When I brought the news to her it was wonderful to see how happy she was. She said she had been growing apart from others since couldn’t hear them,” Frerichs said.
