LUSK – Dawn Hall has been preparing since last year for her recent move into the position of Lusk’s town clerk/treasurer.
Hall has lived in 12 different states over the years. Wyoming is the 13th place she has moved to. Hall lived in Utah before moving to Wyoming. It was there that she met her significant other, local man Ryan Prather.
