NIOBRARA COUNTY - A District Court sentencing hearing was scheduled for Monday December 22, 2025. This was for the case of felony theft stemming from a 2023 incident in which several Niobrara County residents were swindled by a contractor. Over a dozen local residents hired Michigan based company Bay to Bay Concepts, LLC, to do construction repair work after a severe hailstorm in 2023. The company, owned by the defendant in the case Jerold Saeman collected down payments totaling $151,664.57 from 11 Niobrara County residents.
