LUSK – Now that the fall sports season is complete, a handful of postseason awards for Niobrara County High School volleyball and football players have been released.
Tiger football players Ridge Kupke, Jackson Smith, Nathan Miller and Raynce Brott were named to the 1A East nine-man All-Conference squad. All four are repeat performers from last season, while seniors Kupke and Smith, and junior Miller were on the second team in 2022. Smith and sophomore Brott are also repeat selections to the All-State team.
Basketball and wrestling practices have begun, with the Tiger Invitational scheduled for Dec.13. Both basketball squads will be at the Upton tournament Dec. 13-14.
