NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE OF
DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HAROLD I. BACHELLER, JR.:

    You are hereby notified that on March 8, 2019, an Affidavit and Application for a Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Niobrara County, Wyoming. In the Affidavit and Application, Harold I. Bacheller, III and Susan Bacheller-Steward, Co-Trustees of the Bacheller Family Trust dated January 3, 2003, amended on June 7, 2012 and restated on May 23, 2014, claim the real property owned by the Deceased described as follows:
    
    An undivided fractional royalty and mineral interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from the following described lands situated in Niobrara County, Wyoming:
    Township 36 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.
        Section 27: SE/4SE/4, SW/4SE/4

        Section 34: NE/4SE/4, NE/4NW4
        Section 35: NE/4NW/4, SW/4NW/4

    An undivided fractional royalty and mineral interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from the following described lands situated in Natrona County, Wyoming:
 
        Township 35 North, Range 77 West, of the 6th P.M.
        Section 28: SW/4
        Section 33: NW/4

    Any action to set aside the Affidavit and Application must be filed in the above Court within thirty days (30) from the date of the first publication of this notice, by April 10, 2019.
