TOWN OF LUSK
EMERGENCY MEETING MINUTES
January 23, 2024, 5:45 p.m.
The Town of Lusk Council held an emergency meeting on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. for legal matters.
Present: Mayor Doug Lytle, Council Members Dean Nelson, Chantry Filener, and Tom Dooper.
Others Present: Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Taylor Willis, Public Works Director Todd Skrukrud, Town Attorney Dennis Meier, and Ambulance Director Mike Mayville.
Mayor Lytle called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Council Member Filener led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
COUNCIL MEMBER DOOPER MOVED, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER NELSON to move into executive session at 5:46 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
Council Member Ron Pfister joined the meeting around 5:50 p.m. via phone.
Clerk/Treasurer Desirae Matthews-LeLeux joined the meeting around 6:15 p.m.
Ambulance Medical Director Jolene Falkenburg joined the meeting around 6:20 p.m. via phone.
The council reconvened into regular session at 6:49 p.m.
No official action was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
