NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY

Please be advised that the foreclosure of the real property located at 620 E 8th St, Lusk, WY 82225 (the “Property”) was held December 30, 2025, being the date of the Sheriff`s Sale. The Property was purchased by OLIT 2024-HB2 Alternative Holdings LLC (“Property Owner”). On April 30, 2026, the statutory redemption period expired with no party electing to redeem the Property. As a result, the sheriff of Niobrara County executed and recorded a Sheriff’s Deed transferring the Property to Property Owner. Property Owner then commenced an eviction action (Case No. CV-2026-0000022) in circuit court wherein all occupants were ordered to vacate the Property and remove all personal property. The Property is now vacant, but there remains a significant amount of personal property (described below), which Property Owner deems abandoned under W.S.A. § 1-21-1210.

Any parties with an ownership claim in the personal property may recover their personal property within seven (7) days of publication of this notice. To make a claim on the personal property, please contact Troy Parkinson at 801-355-2886 immediately.
If the personal property is not recovered within seven (7) days of the service/publication of this notice, the Property Owner, in its sole discretion, will either donate the property to charity or dispose of the property.
Personal Property description: Household furniture, appliances, general items/clothing/books/decorative pieces, tools/supplies, and containers full of unknown items throughout house and yard.
