On, February 15, 2023, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District of and for Niobrara County Tamira Clarke appeared in front of Judge Buchanan for a change of plea. She entered a cold plea to Endangering Children, Methamphetamine, Possession of a felony amount of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a misdemeanor amount of marijuana. After discussion of bond, with Prosecutor Anne Wasserburger arguing for remand of the Defendant pending sentencing, and Ms. Clarke's attorney arguing for bond to remain the same, Judge Buchanan released the defendant on current bond conditions pending sentencing, which should happen within 60-90 days.
In Circuit Court, David Rohn appeared before Magistrate Meyer for an initial appearance on a felony charge of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond with a Preliminary Hearing set for March 7, 2023.
