As 2017 gets underway, the Tiger and Lady Tiger basketball teams went to Newcastle on Jan 3, before the North-South Challenge in Yoder and Torrington coming this weekend. Both the boys and girls varsity squads will face Tongue River and Kaycee on Friday before games against Big Horn and Shoshoni on Saturday.

Friday at EWC the girls face TR at 9 a.m., followed by the boys at 10:30 a.m. Later in the day again at EWC the girls play Kaycee at 3 and the boys tip off at 4:30 p.m.

Saturday’s games shift to Willi Gym at Torrington High School with the Lady Tigers matching up with Big Horn at 8 a.m. before the boys face the Rams at 9:30. At 5 p.m. the Lady Tigers face Shoshoni before the boys game at 6:30.

The JV teams also have four games in Torrington- as the girls play TR at noon Friday before facing Kaycee at 6. On Saturday they play BH (11 a.m.) and Shoshoni (2 p.m.). The boys follow the girls games against matching opponents with all games at TMS.
