       KENNETH DEFOREST GRAY,
        Deceased.

AMENDED NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

  You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Donald C.J. Gray has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein he prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed to Donald C.J. Gray, pursuant to the Rule of Descent, W.S. §2-4-101(c)(ii):
An undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in and to the following:
    Township 35 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Niobrara County, Wyoming
    Section 7: N1/2
    Section 8: N1/2

and;
An undivided one-half (1/2) or 50% of all oil, gas and other minerals, in, under and that may be produced from the following described lands:

    Township 35 North, Range 66 West, 6th P.M., Niobrara County, Wyoming
    Section 7: Lots 1, 2, E1/2NW1/4, NE1/4
    Containing 323.77 acres
    Net mineral acres: 161.885

    If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, June 5, 2019, the Court shall enter such a decree.
