Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2019 in the Commissioners’ Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse, Lusk, WY.
The purpose of said hearing is to receive public comment on an application for change of zoning received from WPM Properties, Inc., requesting a change of zoning from Agricultural to Industrial on land located in the N1/2NW1/4 of Section 20, Township 33 North, Range 62 West (containing approximately 2 acres).
Brief Description of plans: The property is currently in agricultural use, however, the substation is located on a perpetual easement of approximately 2 acres that ONEOK acquired from WPM Properties, Inc. NEA will install, own and maintain an electrical substation to serve the ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline.
Any and all interested persons may appear and be heard at the specified time and place in regard to matters pertaining to the change of zoning application. Written comments pertaining to these changes may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners at PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing.
