Notice is hereby given that Michael Mayville intends to make application for a Treasurer's Deed to the following described property, to wit: Cedar Canyon Ranch: Tract CCR 7 (35.10 acres)
The described property was purchased at a tax sale held on the 24th day of July, 2019, for delinquent taxes, penalty, and interest for the year 2018. The property was taxed in the name of Packard, Kimberly, c/o Red Shirt Office Resident Instructor 9757 Military Pkwy Dallas, TX 75227. The period of redemption expires on March 28, 2024. An application for a Treasurer's Deed will be made on the 29th day of March 2024. There is no party in actual occupancy of the property, and no person in whose name the property was taxed or assessed can be found in Niobrara County, Wyoming. There are no known special assessments on the premise.
