NOTICE OF CORRECTION TO PUBLIC RECORD
Whereas, the TOWN OF LUSK, Wyoming, did hold a public meeting at 6:00 p.m., local time, on July 30, 2020 in the Lusk Town Hall Council Chambers, 201 E. Third Street.
The purpose of the meeting was to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project(s). TOWN OF LUSK PHASE 1 STREET AND UTILITY REPLACEMENT PROJECT.

At the meeting, the Town of Lusk did present the preliminary design of the proposed project and
discussed the estimated costs of the Phase 1 improvements and the plan for funding the improvements.
Whereas, the funding amounts were reversed in the public notice and this serves to correct the record as follows; Phase 1 cost estimates, the Town of Lusk plans to borrow $3,060,000 from the Wyoming Clean Water and $2,860,000 from the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund administered by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. The pending Special Purpose tax along with Increased user fees will repay the loan. The average rate increase is estimated to be $20.00 month per user to repay the loan provided the Special Purpose tax is approved. Loan terms will be 2.5% interest rate and 30 years.
