Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act (W.S. 11-5-101-103), notice is hereby given to solicit nominations for appointments of Directors to the Niobrara County Weed & Pest District for District Areas.
Appointments shall be made on the 5th day of January, 2020, in accordance with W.S. 11-5-104.
Prior to appointment, the nominee for Director shall submit a petition, signed by at least ten (10) landowners of Niobrara County, to the office of the County Commissioners at least five (5) days before the date of the meeting.
Petitions and relevant laws can be obtained from the Weed & Pest office.
