You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Andrea Shawn Powers has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, the following-described property be set over and distributed to Andrea Shawn Powers and Reece Sheldon Cody Powers:
An undivided one-ninth (11.111111%)) interest in and to all of the oil and gas and other minerals, in, under and that may be produced from the following described lands:
