Town of Lusk Phase III Street & Utility Improvement Project
General Notice
The Town of Lusk is requesting Bids for the construction of the Town of Lusk Phase III Street & Utility Improvement Project.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town Clerks office located at Lusk Town Hall, 201 E. 3rd Street P.O. Box 390 Lusk, WY 82225., until June 27th , 2024, at 4:00 P.M. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work
Street and utility improvements within the north and south limits of Griffith and 2nd to 3rd street as well as eastern and western limits of Pine to Linden Street.
These improvements involve the removal and replacement of water, sewer, and storm utilities including related structures and appurtenances. Additionally, Utility street patching, and landscaping improvements will be made throughout the project limits as shown in the contract drawings. Estimated Construction Cost is $6 to $7 Million.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 20, 2024, at 10:30 A.M. at the Lusk Town Hall, 201 East 3rd Street, Lusk, WY 82225.
A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder’s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required by the awarded contractor per the construction manual.
Domestic Preference
This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
