NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND SUBSTANTIAL ACCEPTANCE
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 16-6-116, 2024 Wyoming State
Statutes, the Town of Lusk, hereby gives notice that Apex Energy Services, LLC, whose address is 129 V-5 Hilltop Rd, Lance Creek, WY 82222, as prime contractor, has substantially completed the Lusk Safe Pathways project in accordance with the specifications and rules set forth in the contract entered into by the Town of Lusk and Apex Energy Services, LLC on the effective date of August 29, 2025.
Substantial Acceptance having been made and the contractor being entitled to any payment retained under above contract, final payment is now due the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made to the Town of Lusk, 201 E 3 rd St. Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the final payment.
Said final payment will be made on September 22, 2026, said date being the 41 st day from the publishing of this acceptance.
