The NCHS boys basketball team opened the 2018-19 season at the Herder Classic in Glenrock last weekend against three quality teams from Big Horn, Thermopolis and Kaycee.
Friday afternoon the Tigers were nervous against the Rams (#5 Wyopreps) and dug a big hole early. BH went on a 17-0 run in the second quarter and led 26-2 at the half. After that NCHS settled down and played the Rams closer but the lead was too much in the 44-23 final score.
