Team Shaw takes first in second annual Alumni golf tournament

Posted

June 23rd was a cool windy day, but that didn’t stop our 27 teams/81 players from having fun. Once again thank you to our many sponsors, donors, volunteers, and golfers.  It wouldn’t be possible to have a great tournament without you.

Several changes were made to make the 2017 tournament better.  The maximum team number was increased from 18 to 27, allowing for 27 additional golfers.  Kade (Sharp) Walters and Tandy (Rising) Dockery were added to the Board of Directors.  Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC, sponsored a delicious pulled pork lunch for the players, which was prepared by Matt and Karla VandeBossche.
