Notice of Final Completion and Acceptance

In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 16-6-116 and 16-6-117 Wyoming State Statutes, 1982 Republished Edition, notice is hereby given that Straight Stripe Painting, Inc. whose mailing address is 1812 W. Sunset Blvd #1-525, St. George, UT 84770, has substantially completed construction in accordance with the specifications of the:

“Seal Coat & Marking Lusk Municipal Airport”

WYDOT Project No. ALS005A

Inspection and acceptance thereof having been made; final payment is now due the contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. All persons, firms or corporations who have any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract shall make them known to:

prior to the date of final payment.  Said final payment will not be made prior to November 11, 2024, said date being the 41st date after the first publication of Notice.

This section does not relieve United States Fire Insurance Company, 305 Madison Avenue, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 the surety on the bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract
