TOWN OF LUSK
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
November 18, 2024, 10:00 a.m.
The Town of Lusk Council held a special meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. for the third and final reading of Ordinances 4-5-100 – 4-5-150.
Present: Mayor Douglas Lytle, Council Members Chantry Filener, Ron Pfister, and Tom Dooper by phone.
Others Present: Clerk/Treasurer Desirae Matthews-LeLeux and Town Attorney Dennis Meier.
Mayor Lytle called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Mr. Meier led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Old Business:
COUNCIL MEMBER FILENER MOVED, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER PFISTER to approve ORDINANCES 4-5-100 – 4-5-150, ORDINANCES FORMALLY ESTABLISHING THE LUSK LODGING TAX BOARD, on third and final reading. Mayor Lytle explained that this reading includes the requested changes being made to sections, 120- By-Laws and 130- Budget, Audit, Reports, from second reading. Mayor Lytle called for a verbal vote. MOTION CARRIED 4-0
The next regular council meeting will be Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
