Public Notice No. 6174

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act (Title 11, Chapter 5), the Board of Commissioners of Niobrara County will hold a public hearing on January 7th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. to receive public comments on the appointment of Directors for the Niobrara County Weed and Pest Control District for Areas I and II.

This notice shall solicit nominations for directors in Areas I and II by petition signed by at least ten (10) landowners of Niobrara County. Said petitions must be submitted to the office of the County Commissioners, located at 424 S. Elm St., Lusk, WY, at least five (5) days before the date of the January 7, 2025 meeting.
Petitions and relevant laws may be obtained from the Weed & Pest office.
