NOTICE OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE that a public hearing by the Niobrara County Commissioners will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the Niobrara County Fairgrounds Shooting Sports Building for the purpose of hearing public comment on the 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan. Any and all interested persons may appear and be heard.
Copies of the proposed 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan may be reviewed at the following locations:
The draft 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan may be downloaded from the Niobrara County Website at niobraracounty.org. Copies may be purchased from BenchMark of Torrington at (307) 532-3811 for $60.00 each.
Public comments may be left in the drop box at the Niobrara County Clerk’s Office or emailed to ncplanningandzoning@gmail.com until February 4, 2025.
