PUBLIC NOTICE
The Niobrara County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse for the purpose of seeking public comment on a Change of Zoning application filed with the Niobrara County Planning and Zoning Commission by Robert and Keslye Bute.
Said application is to change the classification on two 10-acre parcels of land located in T33N, T63W, Section 22 E1/2, from Residential to Agricultural.
Written comments pertaining to these proposed Changes of Zoning may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners, PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing or emailed to bfreeman@niobraracounty.org prior to Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
