You are notified that on April,23, 2025, Plaintiff Falcon Ridge Consulting, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) filed a Petition for Quiet Title and Declaratory Judgment (hereinafter the “Petition”) in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Niobrara County Wyoming, being Civil Action No. 2025-CV-00804. The object and prayer of the Petition in this matter is for the recovery of interest in, certain real property situate in Niobrara County, Wyoming, more particularly as the following:
Lot Three (3) in Block Ten (10), of the Original Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
You are hereby summoned to serve upon the Plaintiff an Answer to the Petition within thirty (30) days after the last day of publication of this notice. Should you fail to file an Answer, the allegations of such Petition shall be taken as true, and the relief sought, including the declaratory judgment and the quieting of title in and to the real property situate in Niobrara County, Wyoming, will be granted and judgment entered against you.
Notice is also hereby given to the above identified Defendant, including creditors of the above-named Defendant, their heirs and devisees, that following the publication period, the Court will hear Plaintiff’s Petition in the District Courtroom of the Eighth Judicial District of Niobrara County, Wyoming.
The named defendant is Robert A. Langlois, whose address is unknown at this time.
