NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF DONNA K. FULLERTON
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 7th day of May, 2025, Anne K. Wasserburger, Attorney at Law, 112 S. Main, P.O. Box 4, Lusk, Wyoming 82225, filed an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution on behalf of Della M. Coon pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 2-1-205, in the District Court for Niobrara County, Eighth Judicial District.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to her Estate are requested to make immediate payment to Anne Wasserburger, Attorney for the Estate, P.O. Box 4, Lusk, WY 82225.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
