ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS TOWN OF LUSK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEPARATE SEALED BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING OF:
TOWN OF LUSK – LUSK SAFE PATHWAYS
PROJECT NUMBER: 10374517
GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS:

The project is the installation of sidewalk for safe route corridors in the Town of Lusk, Wyoming, primarily along West 3rd street. The project includes approximately 2,480 feet of 4-inch sidewalk, 335 feet of 6-inch driveway, 640 feet of curb and gutter, and other related work. The project will also include approximately 730 feet of colored concrete in the town’s commercial district, as well as two 4-foot aprons located at 315 W 3rd street.
Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at www.hdrinc.com/WYbids upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $22.00. Bidders are required to be registered on the Quest CDN website to receive updates and addenda. No partial sets of specifications or drawings will be issued. Revised drawings will be issued to plan holders as necessary by addenda.

Bids will be received by the Town of Lusk, Wyoming at Town Hall, 201 East 3rd Street, Lusk, Wyoming 82225, until the following time and date, and then publicly opened and read aloud:
2:00 PM on July 29th, 2025
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM on July 16th, 2025 at the Town of Lusk Town Hall. Bidders are REQUIRED to attend and participate in the conference.
