PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Niobrara County has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Niobrara County and Whetsell Carpentry LLC, pursuant to the “2024 Cattleguard and Headwall Project” Plans and Specifications and that Whetsell Carpentry LLC is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 19th day of August, 2025, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Niobrara County will pay to Whetsell Carpentry LLC the full amount due under said contract.
