You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Eugene Morgan has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein he prays that pursuant to W.S. §2-4-101(c)(ii), the Rule of Descent, the following-described property be set over and distributed to Patricia Chiaravalle, Karen Williams, Harold Jay Morgan and Eugene Morgan:
Block 29, Eutsler Addition, Town of Manville, Niobrara County, Wyoming
If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, July 9, 2025, the Court shall enter such a decree.
