PUBLIC NOTICE
The Third and Final Reading of the following ordinances have been read at the Tuesday, October 7th regular council meeting. Every ordinance shall become effective once published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation.
ORDINANCE NO. 8-15-100
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCE 8-15-100 AT (c) (2) TO INCLUDE BAR AND GRILL LIQUOR LICENSE TO HOURS OF OPERATION.
Ordinance 8-15-100 at (c) (2) is hereby amended to read as follows:
8-15-100 (c)(2) All sales of alcoholic and malt beverages authorized by restaurant and bar and grill liquor licenses shall cease at the time food sales and services cease but no later than 2:00 a.m. the following day.
ORDINANCE NO. 8-5-170
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TIPS TRAINING FOR ALL SERVERS, BARTENDERS, AND MANAGERS WORKING IN ESTABLISHMENTS WITH A LIQUOR LICENSE IN THE TOWN OF LUSK; EXCEPTION, BE IT ORDAINED BE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
ORDINANCE NO. 4-5-130
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 4-5-130 TO INCLUDE THE LODGING TAX BOARD AS A COMPONENT UNIT OF THE TOWN FOR ANNUAL AUDIT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
That the following language be inserted into Ordinance 4-5-130 and upon passage be inserted into the Lusk City Code in place of the current 4-5-130, to -wit:
4-5-130. Budget, Audit, Reports. The Lodging Tas Board shall prepare and adhere as closely as possible to a budget. The purposed budget shall be submitted to the Town Office in the first week of May each year. All disbursements shall be in accordance with W.S. 39-15-211(a)(ii)(B)(I). The Town shall provide financial oversight on the Lodging Tax Borad’s financial information be recording all transactions in their current accounting system. Accordingly, under Government Accountings Standards, this Board will be considered a component unit of the Town, and the balances and transactions will be subject to the current annual financial audit.
ORDINANCE NO. 9-5-420
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE HARASSMENT OF A CONFINED ANIMAL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
9-5-400. Harassment of a Confined Animal Prohibited. Any animal confined by a fence, leash, rope, chain, or other enclosure within the boundaries of the premises the owner or custodian of the animal shall be safe from annoyance and harassment. Any person, other than the owner of custodian of the animal, who shall in any manner annoy, harass or disturb any animal so confined with the intent to provoke the animal, or who shall open any gate or other opening in a fence or other enclosure within which the animal is confined, or any manner disturb any enclosure is guilty of a violation of this chapter. This ordinance shall not apply to animal control officers of law enforcement officers enforcing other ordinances or laws nor first responders such as ambulance personnel or firemen. This ordinance shall also not apply to persons who are authorized to enter enclosures by the owner or occupant.
ORDINANCE NO. 9-5-430
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REVOCATION OF PRIVILEGE OF KEEPING PETS WITHIN CITY LIMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
9-5-430. Keeping Pets Declared a Revocable Privilege. It is declared that the keeping of animal as pets within the city limits is a privilege which may be revoked for not less than one (1) year from time of decision of the governing body in the event of continuous or repeated violations of any of the ordinances in this chapter or in the event the keeping or harboring of dogs, cats or other animals shall constitute a public nuisance as defined in Ordinance 9-5-100 (m).
Upon final passage of these amended Ordinances the paragraph above shall be inserted in the “Lusk Municipal Code” accordingly.
