PUBLIC NOTICE

MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TOWN OF LUSK
October 14th, 2025, 5:00 P.M.

The Town Council of the Town of Lusk met for a special session at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025.
Council Members Present: Thomas Dooper, Ronson Pfister, Chantry Filener, and Ty Tompson.
Also Present: Attorney Dennis Meier, Todd Skrukrud, Public Works Director, Dawn Hall, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer, Mike Mayville, EMS Director, Brandie Collins, Lusk Herald, Lusk Lodging Tax Board, Chamber of Commerce Board
Council Member Ron Pfister led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

TOM DOOPER called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
New Business:
COUNCIL MEMBER THOMPSON MOVED, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER DOOPER, to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 1-1012, An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance and Sale By The Town of Lusk, Wyoming, of its Sewerage Revenue Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2025, Dated (TBD), 2025, In Maximum Principal Amount of $4,117,000, In Anticipation of the Issuance by The Town of is Sewerage Revenue Bond in a Maximum Principal Amount of $4,117,000, for the Purpose of Providing a Portion of the Costs for Replacing the Town’s Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Sewerage Systems; and Authorizing the Members of the Governing Body and Employees of the Town to Take any and all Actions Necessary to Effectuate the Issuance and Sale of Said Note and the Consummation of Said Transactions. MOTION CARRIED. 4-0
Pro Temp Mayor Dooper encouraged the Lodging Tax Committee and the Chamber of Commerce Committee to meet and discuss finances and personnel.
The next special meeting will be on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
Being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 3:31p.m.
