Notice of Final Completion and Acceptance
In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 16-6-116 and 16-6-117 Wyoming State Statutes, 1982 Republished Edition, notice is hereby given that Gorsuch & Sons Inc., dba Van Pelt Fencing, whose mailing address is 2945 Red Barn Drive, Gering, NE 69341, has substantially completed construction in accordance with the specifications of the:
Security Fence Rehabilitation Project at the Lusk Municipal Airport
FAA AIP 3-56-0018-021-2025

WYDOT Project No. ALS014
Inspection and acceptance thereof having been made; final payment is now due the contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. All persons, firms or corporations who have any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract shall make them known to:

prior to the date of final payment. Said final payment will not be made prior to December 24, 2025, said date being the 41st date after the first publication of Notice.
This section does not relieve Farmington Casualty Company, One Tower Square, Hartford, CT 06183 (Bond Number 108126348) the surety on the bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract.
