NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Niobrara County, Wyoming, by Vera J. Smith and Stanley G. Butolph, Co-Successor Trustees of the Mildred R. Butolph Revocable Living Trust, dated November 7, 2016 pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described mineral interest in the name of the Mildred R. Butolph Revocable Living Trust, dated November 7, 2016:

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 6th day of April, 2026 at 8:00 o'clock a.m. in the Niobrara County Courthouse, Lusk, Wyoming.
Any objection to the Application shall be filed before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after the mailing required by Wyo. Stat. §2-1-205(d) or thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice. An untimely objection is barred. If no timely objection is filed, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the aforementioned property located in Wyoming.
