NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is given that Matthew Wayne Dockery, Personal Representative pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Testate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court his Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s personal property and the interest in the real estate located in Niobrara County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
Block 5, Lots 1 and 2; Block 6, Lots 11 and 12 all in the SILVER CLIFF ADDITION to the Town of Lusk. AND
Lots 23 and 24 in Block 5 and Lots 9, 10, and 13 through 16 in Block 6 and that portion of Jewell Street between Blocks 5 and 6 of the SILVER CLIFF ADDITION to the Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, State of Wyoming.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
