PUBLIC NOTICE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARY LAVERNE PATTON SMITH aka LAVERNE P. SMITH, KIMBALL SMITH, LAUREN SMITH KLOOS, and ROGER NOBLE SMITH
On April 13, 2026, in the Eighth Judicial District Court for Niobrara County, Wyoming, Case No. 2026-CV-0000831, application was made by Lisa S. Marie Copeland, Jennifer L. Horner, as Successor Trustee of the Lauren Kloos 2013 Trust, and Kristin Diane Smith praying for summary distribution of the above decedent’s rights and title and mineral interest in the following generally described lands:
Township 35 North, Range 66 West, 6th P.M.
Section 25: S/2
Section 26: SW/4NW/4, NW/4SW/4, S/2NE/4, NE/4NW/4, SE/4NW/4, N/2SE/4, NE/4SW/4

Section 27: NE/4SE/4
ANY OBJECTION to said Application shall be filed before the expiration of the later of 20 days after the mailing or 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice. Any untimely objection will be barred and, if no timely objection is filed, the Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the aforementioned property.
