NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 23rd day of April, 2026, Applicant, Jim E. Campbell as Successor Trustee of the Edwin H. Campbell Trust, dated the 26th day of September, 2022 and any amendment thereto of 6610 Oak Hill Drive, Ortonville, Michigan 48462; as the sole distributee of Edwin Herbert Campbell, a/k/a Edwin H. Campbell, a/k/a Ed Campbell, a/k/a E.H. Campbell, the Decedent filed an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution in the above Court requesting the Court enter a Decree of Summary Distribution setting over all mineral interests of the Decedent that may be produced from the following described land located in Converse County and Niobrara County, Wyoming, to-wit:
TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH. RANGE 67 WEST of the 6th P.M., Niobrara County, Wyoming
SECTION 26: Southwest Quarter (SW¼) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, (W½SE¼).
SECTION 27: South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S½SW¼) and the Southeast Quarter, (SE¼)
SECTION 34: North Half (N½); the North Half of the Southeast Quarter, (N½SE¼) and the Northeast Quarter Of The Southwest Quarter (NE¼SW¼)
TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST of the 6th P.M., Converse County, Wyoming:
SECTION 33: Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼NE¼)
subject to those reservations, restrictions, and leases of record if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED this matter will come on for hearing before the Court, on the 25th day of June 2026 at the hour of 8:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable F. Scott Peasley, District Court Judge at Niobrara County Courthouse 424 S. Elm Street, Lusk, Wyoming. At said hearing the Court may enter a decree establishing the right and title in the aforesaid mineral interests if it appears that the facts stated in the Application for Decree of Summary Distribution are not in dispute.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all persons who have claim against the Estate of Edwin Herbert Campbell, a/k/a Edwin H. Campbell, a/k/a Ed Campbell, the Decedent and wish to object to the Application for Decree of Summary Distribution shall file their objections in writing with the Clerk of District Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice of Application For Decree of Summary Distribution.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a copy of all objections must be mailed to the Applicant, Distributee and Attorney addressed as follows:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if no objections to the Application for Decree of Summary Distribution are filed within thirty (30) days of the first date publication of this Notice of Application For Decree of Summary Distribution they will be forever barred and the Court shall enter a Decree of Summary Distribution establishing the right and title and setting over the aforesaid mineral interests for oil or gas saved or produced from the above describe lands to Jim E. Campbell as the Successor Trustee under the Edwin H. Campbell Trust, dated the 26th day of September, 2022 and any amendment thereto subject to those reservations, restrictions and leases of record as the sole distributee and the beneficiary under “Second Disposition Of The Residue” of the “Last Will and Testament of Edwin H. Campbell”.
