PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Riley S. Kloepfer has filed an Application for Summary Distribution of Property in the matter of the estate of Leslie L. Gorsuch wherein he alleges Leslie L. Gorsuch died on the 9th day of April, 2016, a resident of the State of Wyoming, and that at the time of death he was the owner of the following real property in Niobrara County, Wyoming:
Township 33 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M, Niobrara County, Wyoming,

Section 21: E½SE¼SW¼
Section 28: That portion of the NE¼NW¼, lying West of Highway 85
The application alleges Riley S. Kloepfer and Peter D. Kidd are the only heirs at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property.
There will be no administration of his estate and petitioner seeks to have a decree entered establishing the right and title to the real property. If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication the decree shall be presented to the Court on August 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
