NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED
Notice is hereby given that as holder of Certificate of Purchase Number 4730 for real estate sold for delinquent taxes that a Tax Deed shall be requested pursuant to Wyoming Statute 39-13-108.
Pursuant to the requirements of Wyoming Statute 39-13-108(e)(v)(C)(I) through (VII) be advised that:
On the 22nd day of July, 2020, Waubeek Ventures Series 1 LLC purchased the Certificate of Purchase for the delinquent taxes, penalty, interest and costs thereon for the year 2019.

1. The property was taxed in the names of: Bobby Bringham, Gerald Bringham, and Gary Bringham
2. The parcel, situated in Park County, Wyoming, is described as follows:
Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), Block Thirty-five (35), Original Town of Manville, Wyoming.

3. At this time there are no known special assessments for local public improvements.
Take note that Waubeek Ventures Series 1 LLC will apply for Tax Deed on or after November 10th, 2026.
