NOTICE OF HEARING ON NIOBRARA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT #1 2026-27 BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Niobrara County School District #1 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 which is now being considered by the Board of Trustees of Niobrara County School District #1, will be held at the District’s Central Office, 619 West Fifth Street, Lusk, Wyoming on the 13th of July 2026, at six o’clock pm. Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget. The proposed General Fund budget for 2026-27 will not cause the expenditures to exceed 105% of the amount of the budget for 2026-27 and will not cause the mill levies to increase from the 2025-26 mill levies.
