PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FY2026 COUNTY BUDGET AMENDMENTS
NIOBRARA COUNTY, WYOMING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers of the Niobrara County Courthouse, 424 S. Elm St., Lusk, Wyoming, to obtain citizens' input on the proposed amendments to the FY2026 County Budget as follows:

• Transfer $21,911.51 from Fund 10.420 General County to Fund 10.413 Facilities– Museum Improvements
• Appropriate $9,000.00 in unanticipated grant revenue to Fund 28.428 Semiquincentennial Grant expenditures
• Appropriate $5,404.00 in unanticipated revenue to Fund 29.429 PHPR.
Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding these proposed budget amendments.
