NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL/FINAL COMPLETION
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Manville, Sunrise Engineering and USDA-RD have completed a final walk through July 31, 2026. Sunrise Engineering will be issuing a certificate of completion to Western Municipal Construction, for the work performed for the Town of Manville’s Water Infrastructure, in Niobrara County, Wyoming. The Town has accepted the work as substantially/final complete according to the contract, associated documents, and punch list complete and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the retainage held due under the contract, which will occur on Sept 23, 2026.
