NCHS class of 2017 heads to Colorado for senior trip

Posted

The NCHS Class of 2017 would like to thank all of the parents, community members and Niobrara County School District for supporting the “senior trip” this year.

This year 24 of the 29 members of the graduating class of 2017 went to Denver, Colorado for their senior trip.  They departed from Lusk late in the evening on graduation day and spent the night at Embassy Suites in Loveland, CO.  They got up to a great breakfast, a fun filled morning at Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park and an afternoon testing their driving skills at the Al Unser Race Center.  The day wound down with dinner in Ft. Collins and the trip home.  This celebration for the class of seniors has continued in the same fashion for the past 5 years.  Along with the Senior Trip students, the Senior Trip Committee would like to say thanks to a great community for supporting this event.
