PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Niobrara County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 16th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse for the purpose of seeking public comment on a Change of Zoning application filed with the Niobrara County Planning and Zoning Commission by Inventive Wireless of NE: DBA Vistabeam on land owned by Barth and Velvet Dorwart.
    Said application is to change the classification on a parcel of land located in T31N, T65W, Section 14 SE1/4, from Agricultural to Commercial, the purpose of which is to erect a 150’ tower next to the existing tower at this location.  Vistabeam will use the current power lines per Niobrara Electric Association.  The maximum area to be used is 50’ X 50’.

    Written comments pertaining to these proposed Changes of Zoning may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners, PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing or emailed to bfreeman@niobraracounty.org prior to Tuesday, October 16, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
