TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE/TRUST OF AUDREY J. PFISTER:
You are notified that Audrey J. Pfister died on July 15, 2020. She was the Trustor of the Audrey J. Pfister Trust dated October 22, 1998, naming Robert Ellis Pfister as Successor Trustee.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the Trust are required to submit a written claim with necessary verification to the Successor Trustee at 1609 Luker Drive, Casper, WY 82609 within 120 days following the first publication of this Notice.
Any creditor failing to file a claim, or person failing to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or the proposed distribution of assets by the Successor Trustee, within the time above provided, will be forever barred and prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing any proceeding against the decedent or the Audrey J. Pfister Trust, dated October 22, 1998.
The Successor Trustee intends to distribute assets of the Trust pursuant to its terms no less than 120 days after the date of first publication of this Notice.
