The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (NEA or the Cooperative) to revise its tariff to reflect a monthly minimum charge of the facilities charge plus $1.00 per kVa of installed capacity over 300 kVa subject to notice, protest, intervention, possible hearing, refund, change, further investigation, and further order of the Commission.
- On September 1, 2023, NEA filed its Application for authority to revise its tariff to reflect a monthly minimum charge of the facilities charge plus $1.00 per kVa of installed capacity over 300 kVa. NEA is correcting a clerical error on tariff sheet No. 10RT, the Large Power Service tariff, to reflect the correct energy charge rate and the additional facility charge of $1.00/kVa for exceeding the maximum monthly capacity of 300 kVa.
