PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (NEA or the Cooperative) to revise its tariff to reflect a monthly minimum charge of the facilities charge plus $1.00 per kVa of installed capacity over 300 kVa subject to notice, protest, intervention, possible hearing, refund, change, further investigation, and further order of the Commission.

1. On September 1, 2023, NEA filed its Application for authority to revise its tariff to reflect a monthly minimum charge of the facilities charge plus $1.00 per kVa of installed capacity over 300 kVa. NEA is correcting a clerical error on tariff sheet No. 10RT, the Large Power Service tariff, to reflect the correct energy charge rate and the additional facility charge of $1.00/kVa for exceeding the maximum monthly capacity of 300 kVa.

2. This is not a complete description of the Application, which is available at the Commission’s office or at: https://dms.wyo.gov/external/publicusers.aspx (enter Record No. 17410).

3. Anyone desiring to file an intervention petition, request for a public hearing, or a statement, public comment or protest in this matter must file, in writing, with the Commission on or before November 17, 2023. A proposed intervention or request for a hearing must set forth the grounds, the position and interest of the petitioner.
